Waste heat power generation
Recovering waste heat from sintering is an important way to reduce energy consumption in the sintering process and improve energy efficiency. The basic principle is: sintered ore is cooled by blowing air on the ring cooler. The cold air blown in from the bottom is heated when passing through the hot sintered ore layer and becomes high-temperature waste gas. In addition, a part of the sintering machine produces sintered ore and extracts high-temperature waste gas from the bottom to the flue. These high-temperature waste gases are introduced into the boiler through the induced draft fan to heat the water in the boiler to generate steam. The steam drives the turbine to rotate and drives the generator to generate electricity.
